Is there a way to have a Koodo Mobile locked Apple iPhone 4S unlocked?

Have a Iphone 4S with 6.0.1 OS locked on Koodo. Anyway to have it unlocked?

You can have them(Koodo Mobile) to unlock your phone. To be eligible, your Koodo phone with SIM card account must be in good standing. This means that you’ve paid your monthly bill in full for 3 consecutive months.
