What to do when Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 freezes?
When dowloading norton product screen froze and would not shutdown or reset. Pressing power button only turned screen off but it you press it again the same frozen screen appears.
What happend and how do i fix it. Please any suggestions.
Cant soft reset or hard reset device.

I found when my tablet freezes, generally when downloading if you plug it in to charge, give it a few minutes and the charging screen appears and you can then 'wake it up', swipe the screen or press the start button, seems to work for me.
