How do I edit the contacts on LG Optimus Showtime so that mobile number shows up first when I type a person's contact name in text message?

Hi David. I own several Android phones. When I checked, all phones displayed both the name and phone number when you type the name on the recipient field. I didn't have to change any setting to make it appear like that.
But none of my phones is LG. So it's hard for me to tell if it's the same on your LG Android phone. I've checked the manual too and it wasn't any help. I suggest you contact LG for customer support.
