Do you unlock phones?
Hi,
I am thinking of switching from Koodo to Public Mobile (the 25.00/month plan). However, my phone is locked to Koodo. Does public mobile unlock phones for free? Also is there any chance I would be able to keep my phone number?

Hi Lindsay. If you are off contract with Koodo they should unlock it for you without charge. You might find our phone unlocking guide helpful.
As for keeping your phone number, that should not be a problem either if you move from Koodo to Public Mobile. Here's how you can change carriers and keep your number.
