Hi Kristi. I guess you already upgraded to iOS 6. The upgrade should include the ability for the camera to take panoramic pictures. Unfortunately, it only works on the iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, and 5th Gen iPod touch. What you can do instead is to download apps from the apps store. You can try these alternatives:
- 360 Panorama
- Panorama 360 Camera
- Photosynth
- AutoStitch Panorama
