Why can't I open a recently purchased e-book on the Kobo Wi-Fi?

cannot open a recently purchased book...it is in my library on my PC
on my e reader it says the content you are trying to view is locked....
I do not use wi fi with my kobo( original) reader




You have to reset your tablet to factory settings. On the 'Settings' screen that appears, select 'ADVANCED' by moving the D-Pad to the right. Select 'RESET DEVICE NOW' Your Kobo will now be restored to factory settings. After the reset re-sync the Kobo to your software on the PC to download the books.
