Is anyone else having dropped calls and bad service on Chatr since the move from Mobilicity?

Is anyone else having dropped calls and bad service on Chatr since the move from Mobilicity?  Ever since the change I can't make a call lasting more than minute before the line goes dead.  Customer support says I'm the only one with this problem.  I don't believe them.




I have the same issue since move from mobilicity. People from other carrier always complain of call-drop first time even before connect . It goes straight to voice mail.  I tried diffeeent phone ... same issue. 


Same here. Hit n miss. Calls wont even connect.. Texts wont go thru etc.

Tried new sim but no go.  Tried on 3 diff phones and no go.  Not sure what else to try.


I too called every week until they told me nothing could be done.  I replaced the sim card.  And then they wanted me to replace my phone.  Seriously?  It just so happened that my phone broke in the meantime and I had to buy new one.  That one works.  But according to them it was all my fault - even though it all broke immediately after they switched to Chatr.


I have the same problem. I've been calling customer service every week and I hear the same answers. Apparently tickets were created to fix the problem but nothing improved. I never dropped a call when I was with mobilicity. It's very frustrating
