Why can't I use SD card on the ZTE ZMAX?

I have to keep deleting things even know I have an empty sdcard with plenty of room.. What do I have to do to use it.

Hi there. Looks like your files are saved on the phone memory. Move songs, images, and videos to SD card to free up phone memory. Also check Settings > Apps > Downloaded if there are any apps that can be moved to SD card.
