Can you use Twitter if you have not paid your phone bill yet?
I know that it is impossible to send and receive texts with an unpaid phone bill but are you able to use social media like Twitter and Facebook when you haven't paid your bill yet?

Hi QweenA. You can still use all your apps but not using mobile data. Connect to a Wi-Fi network to continue using your social media apps.
