Phone should automatically program the correct settings during phone set up. However, you will need a compatible SIM card and data plan.
If you are still unable to access data services, follow this step:
Go to Settings > Cellular + SIM > SIM settings > Add Internet APN
APN: phone
Username: Not set
Password: Not set
Proxy Server: Not set
Proxy Port: Not set
APN type: IPv4v6
Go to Settings > Cellular + SIM > SIM settings > Add MMS APN
APN: phone
Username: Not set
Password: Not set
WAP Gateway: proxy.mobile.att.net
WAP Gateway Port 80: MMSC http://mmsc.mobile.att.net
Max Message Size: 600k
IP type: IPv4v6

Yes, Debbie is right. Which carrier are you with? Maybe I can help you with the MMS settings.
Make sure your mms settings are all correct. You can get them from your network provider. Also make sure both your mms port and wap gateway port are set to 8799. (Even though some websites tell you to leave the last one empty).
