The main problem is that Nokia support page (http://www.nokia.com/global/support/software-update/wp8-software-update/availability-in-europe/) not showing my country. All I know how to check and install update. The question was: can I update my lumia if my country is not in availability list of Nokia support page?

Hi Gio. Check with Nokia Care Suite. If Nokia Care Suite is not showing the Amber update, it means that you currently can't. Just wait until the update rolls out in your country. Hopefully it wouldn't take long.
