I am currently with Virgin Mobile and have a Samsung Galaxy S5. My phone wasn't payed on time and my phone is no longer connected or able to text or call. I discovered Koodo and I have a fee questions. 

I am on a bit of a tight budget but have some money saved. 

I was wondering....

Would I be able to switch plans like from virgin mobile to Koodo, and get a free I phone and or newer better phone or cheap cost phone for a good payment for each month deal?

Basically how much would it cost for me to switch companies completely and to get a new phone and plan?
