Can I suspend my Wind Mobile service while I'm not in the country?

Hi Jian. As far as I know, Wind Mobile will only allow you to suspend your account for up to 7 days. Your option would be to either settle your tab and close your account if you do not want to continue being billed while you're away OR you can change your plan to a lower priced one while you're away to lower your monthly costs. For further clarification regarding this matter, I suggest for you to contact Wind Mobile directly.
