Yes it worked!! Before this I was trying all sorts of things like switching my phone to flight mode, restarting the phone, deleting pictures, deleting apps etc. It now needed me to remove the battery then put it back on....yoohoo..thanks a lot

when your phone prompt an error when you want to use camera that media sever failed needs to restart, please switch off your phone remove battery for 2 minutes and replace again restart phone and it will work. this has work for my sumsung galaxy grand prime now. thanks guys

Answer this question...just simply remove battery..i did it and really it works....

If the camera isn't working and it is blurry water could have spilt on it and you didn't know it so try putting it in rice over night I did that and that fixed my camera problem

Hello guys, I had the same Problem and solved it! thanks for the guy who recommended the solution here. Just removed the battery for about 15 seconds then inserted it again and started the phone, it worked!!! Note: I tried before to clear the catch data from application Manager and it didnt work.
