Why is calls menu option missing on the Motorola Moto G4 Plus?
I am trying to set up Voicemail. Instructions say to hold down '1' on phone key pad, click 'OK' when alert comes up and then hit the 'back' button and select the 'menu' followed by the ' Calls' option. I do not have the 'Calls' option in this. I'm on Android 7.0 How do I fix this?

I'm not sure if you're referring to call settings which you can find on the phone back menu (upper right side).
