Call waiting Pixel 6a
Since replacing my suddenly dead Pixel 4 with a Pixel 6a, my phone app lost several features. CC customer service restored visual voicemail but call waiting settings results in a network error message. CC says they don't think it's on their end, but from what I've learned from Pixel experts, it likely is. My wife is on my plan and also has a Pixel 6a with nonfunctioning call waiting. If it's any clue, trying to enable call forwarding also results in similar error messages. Does anyone with Pixel 6a have call waiting working?

From what I read regarding errors like this, it looks like an error from the carrier's end. I suggest bugging them 'til they fix it for you. Good luck!
Thanks for your interest in helping. The error message says "Call settings error, Unexpected response from network". The error message can be cleared by hitting "ok", but the call waiting option remains dim and cannot be toggled. And yes I had a reasonable signal. Thanks again.
Hi Fred. Can you tell us which network error message shows up? How was your network signal when you tried setting up call waiting?
