Hi! I bought a refurbished phone from the Telus website (since my very old Motorola v2267 is broken and not worth getting fixed). In the confirmation e-mail for the payment they told me I would receive it in 3-5 business days. That sound good to me, except they also said I would receive another e-mail when the package will be sent with a tracking number. It's been more than 2 days now and still no e-mail! =X
I tried calling the customer's services, they gave me the tel number to the sales department. The problem : It's in english! =X (I'm french, and can't really understand english from a phone, speaks too fast >.
