Why won't the browser on my BlackBerry Q5 work?
My browser just won't load it's just a black screen it no longer has my shortcuts there either I've tried reseting phone and still don't work please help

Hi sue. BlackBerry is currently rolling out an update. Do that then see if that fixes your browser issue. Let me know if it works.
