Why can't I make a call on the Doro 8030?
brand new doro 8030 , fully charged , tried to make a call and it says you are not connected to network , was bought from a store

Hi rosemary. Check your account balance to see if you still have minutes to make calls. Also, do a simple restart to refresh network signal.
