Why won't my ZTE phone turn on?
Apps were downloading. Now screen is black with blinking green light. Won't turn on or off.

my phone outta nowhere turned all blue and now wont turn on . well it does but it wont go to the home page it will just turn back off. what do I do?? I need help please. I have a zte max. something like that.,.
