Apps are locking and I can't close them. How do I unlock it
Facebook and messenger apps won't close. They have a lock symbol. How do I unlock and close the apps

Hi Theresa. Which Blu phone are you using? When you tap home, don't they close? Open task manager, look for a lock or pin icon on the screen of the app that won't close. Try closing it again after that. Let me know how it goes.
