I've found a lot of other users who have experienced the same issue. It's really hard to tell what the problem really is. It could be your charger, battery, the phone itself or the software. Best thing I can think of is to bring your phone to a Verizon store so a store rep can personally check it. If something defective is found they could then assist you in sending your phone to LG for repairs. Good luck!
