Why can't callers hear me on my Alcatel One Touch Sonic?

When receiving calls i can hear them they can't hear me an where it shows signal strength it turns to an H instead of 4 g

I have the same problem people can't hear me. Is it repairable..thank you ,Dolores

Hi teresa! Try using a headset with mic and check if they can hear you by then. I'm suspecting that the mic might be damaged.
