Adding an E sim
I have an unlocked iPhone 11 with a Koodo prepaid SIM card. I’m going to Europe for a month. Can I just add an EU eSim card to my phone? Do I take out my Koodo physical SIM or just leave it? How do I make sure my roaming is on the eSim?

Yes, you can add an EU eSIM card to your unlocked iPhone 11 with a Koodo prepaid SIM card. You don't need to take out the physical SIM card, you can leave it in your phone. To ensure that your roaming is on the eSIM, you can go to "Settings" on your phone, select "Cellular," and then select the eSIM as your preferred line for cellular data.
Hi Dariad. I suggest just using EU SIM to avoid any extra charges on your Koodo Mobile account. A lot cheaper too than using roaming.
