Customer support is horrible. Rogers makes unauthorized changes to your account at random with no notifications. I swear I will never get anything through rogers again.

I have been a loyal 20 year customer. Today I called because my bill went up 57.50 PER MONTH. Because the account is in my husband's name, even though I have always done the transactions and was able to provide the PIN number, they wouldn't speak to me. As a result, I will be changing companies.
