Rogers does not credit customers unless customers requests credit for time that service is not delivered. Until Rogers corrects this exploitation, I encourage everyone to request credit.

bad customer service. Price hikes with no warning. Deceitful promotions. Forcibly switching your plan. Terrible website. Now that the CRTC has fucked over rogers, I intend to gouge them as much as possible, as they did to me.
