Formerly known as BCE Mobile Communications, Bell Mobility is a subsidiary of Bell Canada Enterprises (BCE), which is no less than Canada's largest telecommunications company. Bell Mobility was actually the first in Canada to establish a cellular network, however they are currently considered to be in the number two spot having just a little under six million wireless customers. You can easily find their products just about anywhere as they market their products and services through a huge network of dealers and retail outlets, which includes their own TotalCom stores. The folks at Bell Mobility boast they have the fastest wireless data network available across Canada covering 68 % of the Canadian population, with further expansions and enhancements expected to come soon.

Expect the run around

No matter what the situation is, how simple or complex, you are always givin the run around. They have never given me a straight answer to any of my questions. They will transfer you from line to line and pass you off from person to person. You can't even go into a store and ask for help. Very poor... More

Bunch of Thieves in Disguise

Bell are among the biggest bunch of thieves in wireless. They had me paying $120 for a plan which was less than $60 at other providers, I brought this to they're attention and they just shrugged it off. Bell is committing robbery in Disguise. Do not sign with this company

Bell is nothing but a crook

One month charged with only 1 day of service. They assign random billing cycle days and when you cancel they don't tell you anything about how their billing is pre-paid so after you cancel they hit you with a bill for the following month even if you only get service for 1 day.
