Worst customer service: they are ignorants, they do not want to solve any problem, just delaying everything for tommorow, "we are sorry", we dont know yet, we did not check our fax yet ( i dont know how checking the fax would take 2 days !!!!), please send us your contract !!! (how come a company is not having a copy of contracts they make???!!!)
Easiest thing is to charge you extra, then you have to complain and go through their phone system back and forth and waste your time till you get the answer.
