Highly disappointed client


I am highly disappointed with the staff and the services as well and I will not recommend Virgin to anyone at all.

At top of that every time I call them I keep getting different and incompetent answers regardless of whether its technical of a billing issue.

I am glad that I will be swichting next month, bye bye Virgin forever.
