This is the most God awful prepaid phone service on earth. It took me a week to get a phone number; when my prepaid time ran out, they didn't notify me like they said they would and they cut off my service. When I called to find out what happened, they said I would have to reinstate my phone service with them and that they couldn't guarantee I would have the same number. I would have to wait another week for a new number, etc. In addition, their customer service representatives barely understand English and can hardly speak English. I returned to Verizon -- within minutes I had my Verizon account up and running again. Stick with the brand name pros -- AVOID THIS PREPAID "SERVICE" LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!
