The replacement froze up and died just like the first one did.
It never worked properly and got worse from there.
The 2nd one just died altogether and thats it.
I am so disappointed with Samsung for putting out this piece of Junk!!
2 out of two for me and I havent met anyone yet who has had one work for more than six months.
I used to like Samsung, now I will prob not buy anything from them again.

    I bought this phone twice, the first time I lost it (my own mistake) I bought a brand new one two weeks after that and I have had it for a year and a half. The screen is now frozen. I am not happy with Samsung's product either, but your post has taught me not to buy another one! Thank you!
