Windows Phone 8 handsets to debut in November?

Devices running Windows Phone 8 are expected to hit the shelves this November according to recent reports. The latest Windows operating system for the mobile platform was announced back in June and will allegedly be released to manufacturers by September.

What You Need To Know:

- Nokia is rumored to release one of the first Windows Phone 8 handsets.

- Current Windows Phone handsets will be upgraded to Windows Phone 8.

- The actual devices won't be launched until November.
