While we were already excited with the HTC Touch Pro2, along comes another smartphone that you can add to your “HTC Watch List”: the HTC Willow.
Caught in its naked glory in this set of snapshots courtesy of PPC Geeks Forum, the HTC Willow comes with a 2.4-inch QVGA display, 2-megapixel camera, WiFi, GPS, 528MHz Qualcomm processor, 256MB ROM/128MB RAM, and runs on Windows Mobile 6.1.
Similar to the HTC Snap, it also features the Inner Circle system, which allows you to access messages from your closest contacts with a single press of a button. While this doesn’t bring anything new to the table, it is a decent alternative to the former model.
The HTC Willow is expected to be available starting June 7 for $149 on a 2-yr contract with Sprint. No word yet on who the other possible carriers may be, but we’ll find out once this new QWERTY goes on sale next month.
