We’re already well aware of Samsung’s plans to release an Android phone, and while some specs have already surfaced as to what this Samsung phone might feature, we neither had an idea as to what it actually looks like or its model name. Well, according to the latest news, however, that Samsung Android phone could be the I7500.

True to the previously reported specs concerning Samsung’s first Android phone, the I7500 comes with a Qualcomm 528MHz MSM7200A processor, 5-megapixel camera with flash, and HSDPA connectivity. In addition to that, we also now know that it also features a 3.2-inch HVGA capacitive OLED touchscreen display, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, 8GB internal memory, 3.5mm headphone jack, Android 1.5 OS, and is housed in a metal case measuring 11.9mm in thickness.
The Samsung I7500 Android phone is expected to be release in June with a rumored price of €300 or $397 in US currency. We’re still not sure where this Android phone will debut first, but we are hoping that it will be released in as many markets globally come June.
