The day she was stabbed to death, a British woman wrote a text message saying that her husband threatened to stab her and would claim it was self-defence.
“20 march 03, twice 2 day howard threatened to knife or stab me put hand round my throat tried to push me b-wards into kitchen. Said he would say self def.”
Although the message was never sent, the phone was found my police and used as evidence in the trial. The man will now serve life in prison.
