
The MPO 5500 by Dutch company Alva is a PDA-style phone that has been designed specifically for the visually impared. It makes graphical displays accessible for the blind through a combination of braille and screen reader software.
It’s even bigger than the old brick phones and weighs more than a pound but it does come with a good number of features including a personal organizer running Windows CE. Other features include:
