All those who were able to attend CTIA last week saw first-hand the beauty of the new LG GD900.
One of those lucky attendees was Engadget who managed to grab a video of the GD900 in action.
Apart from being a numeric keypad, the transparent slide-out keypad functions as a touchpad that also supports gestures. Cool! You get two touch-sensitive surfaces which is ideal for those who don’t want to get fingerprint smudges all over the screen. It’s hard to deny how similar the new S-Class user interface looks with the iPhone’s interface, but hey, they do add a unique twist to it with the cube interface.
The LG GD900 looks quite impressive. We’re still not sure when it will be released or how much it will cost, but we’re certain that this will be a hit among those who put a premium on design. Will this be the break-out product LG has been waiting for in order to inch closer to top spot in the industry? Only time will tell, but we’re certainly loving where LG is headed with the GD900.
