It looks like Bell is going to be firm on the pricing of the BlackBerry Storm as far as the contract free iteration is concerned, even if Telus is offering the phone at a much lower cost.
Bell will be selling the non-contract BlackBerry Storm for $699.95, but the contract pricing isn’t completely ironed out yet, hence the delayed announcement. Based on BGR’s source, Bell is currently pondering on whether to slap the Storm with a $199.99, $249.99 or $299.99 price tag on a 3-yr plan.
We’ll just have to wait and see, won’t we? We’re just hoping that wait won’t be too long.

$699.95 without the contract. Some will go to Telus but you might have higher contract costs. Buy it at Amazon?
