Windows Mobile 6.5 Screenshots: Zune-inspired

Now that we know Windows Mobile 6.5 is in the works and slated for a 2009 debut, how about some screenshots to get you all excited?

While we can’t confirm these are indeed legit, these image are the closest thing we’ve got as to what WM 6.5 might look like. Apparently, WM got a dose of Zune juice as you’ll see in the screenshot to the left. One thing is for sure, the new interface does look more interesting than the outdated layout of WM 6.1 albeit a little bit confusing at first. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that this is more than just a rendering from a die-hard WM fan.
