It looks like work is progressing well at Mozilla as they’ve now come out with screenshots of their upcoming FireFox mobile internet browser.
Based on the image provided, it’s safe to assume that a Windows Mobile version will be available, but we’ve yet to get confirm if an S60 or other versions will be out as well. It was also disclosed that a version of the FireFox mobile browser, codenamed the Fennec, will be released before 2008 comes to a close. That’s definitely good news since an earlier report pointed at a 2010 debut. We’re looking forward to its release so that we can finally have a showdown between FireFox and Skyfire to determine which one will reign supreme in the mobile internet browser wars.
