If you feel like the 32GB iPhone just isn’t providing you with enough storage capacity, this bit of info might be of some interest to you.
Word going around the internet is that Apple might be readying a larger capacity model to replace their top-of-the-line 16GB iPhone which could mean that a 32GB iPhone is perhaps in the offing in early 2009. A bit far off, you think? Well, if you look at the track record of Apple, it was earlier this year when they announced the availability of the 16GB iPhone which then bumped off the 8GB version from the top spot. So if they stay true to this trend, a 64GB iPhone might just become a reality in the 1Q of 2009.
On a similar note, rumor also has it that the at-home activation for the iPhone might be making a comeback pretty soon as well. As far as this issue is concerned, there’s no way to verify this until Apple announces it, but I reckon if this does push through, it’ll make a lot of people very happy.
Anyway, for now, all of these are just unverified rumors. We’ll have to wait and see what Apple does in the next couple of months before we rejoice.

as a person with very limited mobility, i’m happy to hear that these options may become available. i was waiting to get the iphone for the reason it’s difficult for me to get into stores. i’ve been waiting impatiently as my brother has the iphone and loves it.
