Here’s yet another HTC device that just got FCC approval. The HTC RAPH101 PDA phone is expected to be announced on Nov. 30 based on the documents that came with the device.

Sorry, no images yet and despite the product feature & specifications that our source managed to snag, we still can’t tell much about it aside from it being a PDA Phone. Three possibilities come to mind; it could be the HTC Touch HD which we doubt, the HTC QUAR100 which is also highly unlikely because of the use of a different model name; or it could be a completely new phone which we’re hoping and considering at the moment.

Well, November 30 is still a whole two months and a couple of weeks away so maybe by then a few more details including a picture might surface to give us more clues as to what the RAPH101 is all about.
