Virgin Mobile has always been more about marketing than technological leaps. Its latest movements, including its unique unlimited offering and buy out of Helio really sound more like publicity stunts. If they’re not, and are actually more substantial than they sound to me, then I stand to be corrected. Then again, the Kyocera TNT! is nothing special. It’s pretty basic really, which means whoever decided to call this phone TNT! is out of his wits. The price is respectable enough for a basic clamshell: $19.99 with a contract.
