It’s iPhone’s Birthday

The iPhone was launched on this day, June 29, last year. It made a big impact, as you would expect. What is surprising is that one year should go by so fast. The iPhone hasn’t changed much, though, added 3G and real GPS and iPhone 2.0 with SDK for third-party software is next. The iPhone, I’m sure Steve Jobs will agree, ought to be one of the ubiquitous technologies in the human landscape. Every other person tapping on it on the mall, beside you on the train and just across the aisle people tapping on their iPhone. Apple will sell over 10 million this year and if they did everything right like they usually do, they will make me buy one.
