The Apple iPhone is effectively the Moto RAZR of today, and this spells even more trouble to Motorola. As if losing money and customers is bad enough but having to gain back these loses by beating the iPhone… well, that is just torture. J.D. Power and Associates took a survey and found out that about a quarter of iPhone users were former Moto users. Now, it’s quite possible that these mobile customers are simply going from one American company to another but it’s also entirely plausible that they are ditching one fashion phone, an old one, to the current “It” phone.
Motorola is in really bad shape. Moto and Apple used to be friends, and now Apple is acting as undertaker to Moto.
