Only a rumor for now but I believe Sony Ericsson has found a way to sell phones in the age of the 3G iPhone: gaming phones. Apple may have announced gaming support for iPhone with EA among the companies developing games for them but SE has the experience. If this rumor is true, that means there will be no PSP Phone. The gaming phones will not be high-end but mid-range to low-end. That means no 5 M camera or touchscreen and a fancy UI, just a phone with texting and great gaming fun.
