Moto seems to have developed a real liking to the ROKR E8 design. The CABO i890 is practically the E8 with a lid. The i890 is an iDEN phone and should be popular enough to help the technology gain better foothold in the U.S.

Moto was the first manufacturer to produce iDEN phones and has been actively providing iDEN clients with hardware. Besides pride, I am not sure what they think they have to gain by continuing their support for an unpopular mobile technology.
