Philips M600 for China

Philips M600Philips has been making shallow waves in the cellphone industry but making it to the big time is going slow for the Dutch manufacturer. The M600 is a candybar phone with mid-range features and a Chinese price tag. China is the world’s largest handset market and if Philips can make it in China, perhaps the rest of the world will follow. Hopefully, the M600 name, formerly of Sony Ericsson, will just have enough pizazz for the Chinese.

Philips M600, admittedly, is a pretty phone. It has a 2-inch screen, built-in 1.3 MP camera, Bluetooth A2DP and Java MIDP 2.0 support. Not bad at all for the Chinese market.
