The most recognizable iPhone clone, Meizu’s M8, has made an appearnce at CeBIT. Disappointingly, the user interface is far from its final version The hardware, though, is ready to go and, surprise surprise, it is officially an iPhone clone. Shorter than the iPhone but slightly thicker, it claims some originally on adding three tactile buttons instead of one below the touch screen.
What Meizu has so far of the UI is roughly similar to the iPhone UI. The browser will be Opera, not Safari. The good news is that there is finger flicking on this phone. A true clone indeed, we cannot wait for Meizu to ship the M8 in its finished phone some time this year.
