Spyker Cellphone Debuts

Spyker PhoneSpyker, the Dutch manufacturer, is getting into the handset business. Their first try has been touted as an iPhone clone with a tactile numeric keypad. They had a unit in glass during the Mobile World Congress. As you could see on the picture above, very few people were impressed.

Spyker has a long history in the mobility industry, being a maker of stagecoaches before they began making cars, race cars in particular. It’s only logical that from being from the “mobility” industry they will jump into the mobile industry. Their first try is still an enigma. We have no information on the OS and the phone’s other features besides the fact that it has very tiny numeric keys.
