The Treo 800 has been seen before, on Bill Gates hands no less, during CES 2008 earlier this month. The device features compatibility with Windows Mobile 6.1 and will have WiFi, GPS and feature EV-DO Revision A as well as a 2.0 MP camera and Bluetooth 2.0.
A GSM version is said to be coming to Vodafone this summer. The 800w closely takes the size of the Treo 500w instead of older Treos. The 800w screen is a squarish 320 x 320-pixel touch screen. It will have 128MB of ROM and 256MB of RAM. The rumor does not include this Treo’s price at Sprint or Vodafone, so stay tuned.
